First time to Isla Mujeres. Nothing planned but walking the streets, people watching, beach hopping and dancing our way through town. Will be back! This hotel was charming and location is perfect.

Not as the pictures said when you book. No sofa, no dresser, no closet, I had to sleep next to my clothes, considered very expensive for that small room and a bathroom only, no good coffee in the morning, but workers were polite.

Extremely friendly,helpful staff. Very clean. Great location in the middle of Hidalgo, among all the restaurants and bars. Playa Norte, is a 3-5 minute walk. This is a budget hotel, but ranks highly in that category.

It’s close to everything. It’s better than it was when it was called Sayil Hotel. Two of the four nights a worker or owners child yelled and cried til 10:40-11 pm. Take earplugs. Staff was very nice.

We really enjoyed the space in the room. The Staff was incredible fresh towels. Hanging wet beach stuff and returning it. It was right down town in North Beach area so easy walk to beaches and dinning. We really had fun

I really loved it! Apparently I was the first one to book when it got online, and I was welcomed in such a nice and enthusiastic way! All the staff was amazing and super friendly. The location is the best you can imagine, its close to everything, but you dont hear any noice. If I go back to Isla Mujeres, I will definitely stay here again.
