From time of arrival, to leaving this property the property itself and the staff met and exceeded all of our expectations. Never have we stayed at a resort where the staff made sure your trip was perfect! Our butlers David and Angel-top notch! The weather was trying to act out on our departure date, and everyone at the resort stayed in communication with us and went to great lengths to ensure we made it to the mainland to make our early flight. From Raul and the wait staff near the beach and pool, to Eduardo at the coffee shop, to the excellent house cleaning staff, to the customer service relations manager, and butlers David and Angel-we were greatly taken care of. This resort gets zero complaints from us. We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Thank you dearly and keep up the amazing work.

Our second stay and even more incredible! We highly recommend stay at least 4-5 days in paradise so that way you can enjoy everything! Snorkelling every day in clear waters , amazing food and if can do 100 stars of service I would! Activities are so different and fun, my favourite cocktails class and different art classes are so interesting!
