This spacious unit includes master bedroom and full-bath on the bottom floor, and 2nd bedroom in loft with full-bath. It has everything you need to relax in style.

It sleeps 4 people: a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size bed in loft. Very well equipped TV`s, Split system AC through out the unit, ceiling fans, granite counter tops, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer. Additionally we provide fast wifi, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and a cooler.
Unit 190 is a 2nd floor unit of approximately 900 sq. ft. with a lanai.

We have currently created new cleaning and disinfecting procedures and our housekeepers have been trained, following CDC guidelines. With the safety of our guests in mind, We want you and your family to feel safe and comfortable in our home.

Turtle Bay is a unique area located on the pristine North East Corner of Oahu. Turtle Bay Hotel is a five minute walk away and offers several bars and restaurants.
Four miles from famous beaches such as Sunset Beach, Pipeline, and Waimea bay. It is 12 miles to Historic Haleiwa town where there are many local restaurants, banks, activities and shopping. 15 miles to the Polynesia Cultural Center, 45 minutes to Honolulu Airport and 6 hours from the West Coast.

ACCESS & PARKING
Door Keypad Open the screen door to access the keypad. Your personalized code will be sent in your “Before You Arrive” email.
Gate Code The provided gate code will allow access to Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Assigned Parking Your stay includes one designated parking stall.
Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass.

CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free.
Please help by:
Keeping the unit free of crumbs
Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food
Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out
Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly
Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs.
If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

AIR CONDITIONING
To conserve energy and maintain comfort:
Close all doors and windows in rooms where A/C is running
Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house

QUIET HOURS
Please respect community quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

SMOKING, PETS & PARTIES
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai
Pets are not allowed
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited

LAUNDRY & SAND CARE
Do not use detergents containing bleach or Oxi (they stain towels)
Shake towels outside before washing
Remove sand and shells from clothing and swimwear before entering the home or shower
Excessive sand damages plumbing and appliances—please be mindful

TRASH & TOILETS
Trash: Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the parking area.
Toilets: Do not flush:
Feminine hygiene products
Disposable or “flushable” wipes
Paper towels or trash
Only toilet paper should be flushed.

HOUSEKEEPING
We provide basic household supplies for the first day or two of your stay. Additional cleaning service is available for a fee—please contact us to schedule.

NOT ALLOWED
Hanging towels or clothing on lanai railings
Skateboarding anywhere on the grounds

POOLS, TENNIS COURTS & BBQ AREAS
Pools:
Three pools are available for guest use
Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
No lifeguard on duty
No glass permitted
One pool rotates weekly as Adults Only—please check posted signage
Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts: Open to guests. Please follow posted rules.
BBQs: Charcoal BBQs are available in the pool gazebos (first come, first served). Please bring your own charcoal.
