Amazing view, close to the ocean, close to the pool. Only negative is there is no ac in the living room, however, they did provide 2 fans that helped quite a bit, and we spent most of our time outside where there was a nice ocean breeze. The bedroom has one that worked great!

Great stay but a few things to know!

Overall, absolutely amazing! The view from the porch and just being able to get up, pour a cup of coffee each morning, walk 50' and being on the shore in a lounge chair to watch the sunrise over the ocean is worth every penny! The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star (if they had 4.5, I would have given an extra half star) is because I felt a bit misled by the description. While it does have AC, it is only in the bedroom and not nearly enough to cool the house. This means our 10 yo on the sofa bed had trouble sleeping due to the heat. The other thing to know is it lists washer/dryer BUT that isn't in the room but rather a $2 a load laundromat on the property. Other than those two issues, we loved it and even with those issues, we would consider staying there again and just adjusting our expectations and pack different. The wife packed assuming we would have a washer and this stressed her out and made us plan outings around loads.

Amazing stay

I love our stay here. The morning coffee with the most gorgeous sunrise. The local area has great food and the people are very pleasant. The direct walk out to the ocean here was perfect.

Beautiful location steps away from the ocean

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Clean had everything we needed cooler chairs. The view was spectacular from our room. Grounds were well maintained they had some roofing construction going on but we never heard much of anything other than the ocean! We will be back for sure.

Fantastic view

This condo was great! We had a wonderful stay here. Pros: the view was incredible and started each day outside enjoying the ocean. Location was convenient with stores and restaurants close by. Cons: needed more fans for circulation. I was aware there was no AC however, the bathroom got super hot when is use and could have benefited from more fans to move around the unit. They also had to shut our water off for an emergency but they contacted us to let us know this was happening. Would highly recommend property!

Amazing oceanfront condo!

This is an amazing place to stay! We LOVED being able to walk out to the ocean right from our patio. The pool was great, the staff was friendly, the views were spectacular! Being in Kapaa is great because it's pretty centrally located. We also liked being on the ground floor and couldn't hear our neighbors at all. The staff was very helpful with us finding a pack n play for our baby. We will definitely be staying here again!

Love this place!

Convenient layout, well furnished, excellent wi-fi. We couldn't ask for more than patio doors that open onto a lawn that we could walk across straight out to the ocean. (Someone else might prefer the privacy of an upper floor, since people walking by could look in at us.) We never figured out how to work the TV but not a problem since we just listened to the waves instead.

Great Location

We enjoyed the stay a lot. It's hard to beat an oceanfront groundfloor condo. The condo is perfectly adequate, it's not the newest, fanciest place; but there is truely nothing I can say was not good. I didn't love the comfort of the furniture, but my wife liked it fine. We had a very minor maitenance issue when we were there and it was taken care of promtly, so I feel like that was very good. You are within walking distance of a number of restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a grocery store among other things. Be aware that traffic can be a problem in this area from about 10AM till early afternoon - nothing like a big metro traffic problem, but an inconvience just the same. Overall I liked this location, as it is pretty centered to the island. We actually did more in the southern part than the northern, but pretty easy to travel either way.

Nice & decent

Decent place. A little sparse comfort-wise—could use an area rug in the living space and another loveseat couch or comfy chair. A rug under the bed would make it comfier too. The kitchen was well-equipped though, plenty of things provided (beach towels, beach chairs, cooler) and the location was great. Being on the ground floor and able to walk out onto lawn/waters edge was awesome.

Great Stay!

We (2 adults) spent 4 weeks of Jan’22 in this condo and loved it! This will be first on our list if we are lucky enough to return to Kauai in the future. The condo appears to have been updated recently. Clean. Well equipped. Awesome setting and location. Kapa’a was the perfect low-key area for us. Walkable to grocery, dining, beaches, shopping, bike rental. Short drives to more of the same, plus hiking & kayaking. Long wide paved walking/biking path along the coast and through Kapa’a town starts right at the property! Property Management responded immediately and pleasantly to the few minor issues and questions. The complex was likewise in good shape and on-site personnel were pleasant and helpful. Only two items of concern were: - The sofa/sleeper was a bit dated and uncomfortable. (We didn’t need/try the sleeper.) Probably not a problem for short stays, but we were there 4 weeks, so would have liked something more comfortable. - A few doors down from us in the same building, a contractor was using a power saw to wet-cut tile on the ocean-side balcony. Very loud and annoying for a few hours on each of 3 days. It appeared other units had some remodeling in progress (but, not active), so the noise could add up. Seems like this kind of noisy work should not be allowed on the ocean-side of the property.

Great place facing the ocean, well stocked condo with beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Ground level condo a 1 minute walk to the pool and the ocean!
