Summary:

Closest to the beach and being ground floor will give you more time to enjoy the Island and not spend your vacation climbing stairs!



The Space:

Ground floor premium location has 3 full baths.(floor plan does not show 3rd bath)

Only a few steps to our swimming beach. Almost 180 degree view of Wailua Bay and our beautiful beach from the dining/living area. You can prepare meals while looking out at the surf!



This fantastic location affords you the closest to our beautiful beach and even a front master bedroom with it's own lanai. Ground floor convenience means you need not lug your baggage up the stairs and also walk right out only the beach or to the pool without going around your building.

Our guests love the convenience of the ground floor spot and near the pool, the bbq area and parking. No stairs to climb.

Lae nani is spectacular with it's tropical plants and flowers and near (walk) to some great restaurants and the bike/walking path is just out the door.

Smith's Garden luau is only 5 minutes down the road and we are also close to the airport (without the noise) so you don't need to drive 30 minutes or more after your flight.

Our guests have access to our great pool, bbq`s, free parking and wifi as well as our tennis court, not to mention the beach which is only a few steps away.



The Neighborhood:

We are convenient to many sites and activities. We are only 10 minutes from the airport but have a very quiet location off the highway. Lae nani has tropical landscape and a large lawn. Our bbq`s and pool are right at the beach.

Walk to several good eateries and shopping.



Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend a rental car to enjoy all there is on the island.



Other Things to Note:

Lae Nani Condos are located on the convenient East side of Kauai and close to shopping, activities and even the airport.



Check-in time is 4 p.m.

Checkout time is 10 a.m.

This property was spectacular. The location was great. Central to travel the island. Unit was ground floor, 30 yards from the beack, walking out the patio onto a grass area well landscaped,the ocean right there. Wow! Dining within walking distance. What more could you ask for. Amazing and perfect - location, location, location! This was our second stay at Lae Nani facility and it did not disappoint. The unit was perfect with three bedrooms having en suite bathrooms. Each had their own a/c units which allowed our growing adult family to retreat each as needed into their own spaces and sleep comfortably. The fourth room kitchenliving opens up to the amazing ocean and swimming pool just steps away. We watched the sunrise every morning, walked along coastal paths, saw beached seals and stepped to nearby shopping and grocery stores. We stayed several days just at Lae Nani plus traveled to Poipu for horseback, visited Lydgate Farm, and spent several days north to Hanalei for surfing, boogie boarding, sun bathing etc. Recommended. ALOHA!

The location was beautiful and even more spectacular in person. It was amazing to be so close to the ocean although the waves were quite rough for swimming, it was still beautiful to look at. The baby beach was more manageable but we rarely used it and instead drove to the pristine north beaches. The pool is just steps to the our condo and there were feet washing stations everywhere. We walked to Coconut Marketplace for the Farmers Market and grocery store for last minute items. Lava Lava was also close by and delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean although they could use some updates, for example our shower was missing the caps on the handles. The reason for the 4 stars was because we were not made aware of heavy parking lot construction until the day before check-in. By then it was too late to decide if we wanted to change our location. We had 3 children under 4 and it was sometimes difficult to find parking at night and have to gather all our belongings from the beach trips. Another downside was the lack of beach equipment, although it’s not expected, all other rentals have gear to use.This is what was provided : 1 broken beach umbrella, 2 oversized beach chairs, 2 plastic toys, many soccer and basketballs, about 4 scuba gear and a couple pool noodles. No wagon.Overall the location was convenient and beautiful and we would stay here again.

2nd Visit - Great once again

Its the second time we've stayed in 311 and this time was as enjoyable as the last from a few years ago. We love the location of this home within the overall property - we've stayed at other homes as well. The home could use some uplifts to modernize it a bit but still most enjoyable as is. Thank you for the stay and we'd love to stay in 311 again!

We were ground floor, ocean front. Everything was very nice. The condo was clean and functional. The three suites was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The grounds were amazing. It was nice to be so close to the beach and the pool. We did not encounter any problems whatsoever.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Kauai. The condo had direct access to the beach per the pictures on the listing. We saw the sun rise a couple of times during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed although we cooked only one night. There are shared grills steps from the unit. The pool is also steps form the unit. ITs central location allowed us to explore the north and south ends of the Island. The bedroom AC units were very loud. Thank you for hosting us and provide the setting for our wonderful Kauai vacation.

This was a perfect place for our family. Love the location because the pool and beach was literally out our door.We could walk almost anywhere in this little town of Wailua/Kapaa. All in all it was just wonderful. We would definitely come back.

A Little Slice of Paradise

This is a great location and a great condo right on the beach. We were so happy with the 180 degree Ocean views, the crashing waves, and the beautiful breeze. Everything about this place felt relaxing. We also loved that the location was in between Poipu and Hanalei making it great for day trips and adventures. The condo itself was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. I also want to add that it has a wash and dryer which I didn't initially see on the listing but was super happy about when we arrived. The complex has great amenities and is very well kept.

Ideal Location

Not sure if we could have found a more idyllic location for our family Christmas vacation. The unit itself could not have been more perfect for our group of 6 (my wife and I, our two kids, and my parents). Each generation had their own bathroom and ground floor meant my aging parents didn't need to do stairs. The unit is literally steps away from the ocean and steps away from the pool. Ocean views from the dining/living room, and one of the bedrooms. Patio facing the ocean was a nice place to enjoy the sunrise, and an even better place to watch the sunset. The grounds of the condominium were very well-maintained and offered the kids a wonderful green space in which to play (when they weren't having an absolute ball playing in the surf or in the adjacent rock-protected wading area). The unit itself was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The unit is due for a few updates/minor repairs (sticky screen door, faucets that need a little tightening), but nothing that had a major impact on our stay. The only reason I couldn't rate the check-in as 5-stars was that every interaction before check-in was through the VRBO app, but the final information about the keyless entry codes came as a non-VRBO email (real estate agency address) so I missed it and it didn't come up in my searches for VRBO like previous correspondence. We were able to make contact with the property manager without too much delay, though. Highly recommend this property.

We found this property and it was perfect for what we needed. The pool and beach were so close and the lanai was amazing for cocktails and laughter. The sunrises were unbelievable too! We love Kapaa, so we couldn’t have gotten a better location.

Overall

We found this property very accommodating based on location, pool, ocean. Ground floor with a 18 month old, perfect. I would only say the that kitchen needs a overall clean out, with utensils and especially the pots and pans. All furniture cushions need a deep clean as well as the throw rugs. New towels would help too. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would consider and recommend this condo if they would update the items listed above. Thank you.

Beautiful Beach and View

This is a great location. Our group loved being here. Plenty of room for the 8 in our group. In doors were comfortably cool. The patio facing the beach outside can get a little humid and a little air circulating would be nice. A ceiling fan would be beneficial. Regardless, we sat there and enjoyed gorgeous views, a perfectly colored rainbow and lovely sunrises and sunsets. The location of the condo sat right off of the beach, so that was a beautiful view as well. The ocean waves and water temperature was ideal. Plus, there was a store and restaurants within walking distance, so we didn't have to drive anywhere. Some things could use a little tending to. The wallpaper was coming off the bathroom wall in one of the bedrooms, but nothing major. We spent little time indoors, so it really didn't matter. We did have to reach out the property manager on multiple occasions to get an answer to a question we had and didn't get a response. Eventually we heard back and the answer to the question was more than satisfactory. All in all, I think anyone staying here would love it and I know if I had the opportunity, my family and I would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Kauai. The location of the condo is central. The water is lovely to view, but was too rough for snorkeling. However, the central location of the home made our jaunts to other, calmer, beaches very easy. The lack of central air was not an issue, we kept the bedrooms cooled and used fans in the main areas. It cools off nicely after sunset. The management was not responsive when I reached out about the dryer vent being clogged. I emailed on our second day and have never received any response. We just air dryed our clothes. Perhaps it was not possible to get a repair, but a response would have been appropriate. Kauai is breathtaking, relaxing and the trip was wonderful. The kitchen was sufficiently appointed and the view from the home was top notch.

This is a beautiful location steps away from the beach. It is centrally located on the island.
