This is a newly renovated and nicely appointed quiet property suitable for couples, families with OLDER CHILDREN 13 years and up, groups up to 4, and business travelers. Property is in a complex that accommodates both residents and visitors. Located steps from the beach and a few minutes from eateries, coffee shops, food trucks, shopping and the market, this is an ideal location.

Take in unspoiled views along the 8 mile Kapaa Bike Path suitable for riding, biking, walking and jogging. Shopping, bikes or ocean activity rentals are available nearby. Try delicious authentic Hawaiian food and local cuisine a short walk away or at a luau on an adjoining property. Immerse yourself in their hula and fire dance show. Situated on the East Side of the island along the Royal Coconut Coast, you are about an hour away from the North Shore or South Shore and 20 minutes or so from Lihue.

Renting a car is highly suggested. If you prefer not to drive, the Kauai Bus is available Monday through Saturday for you, keeping in mind that there are numerous stops in between and drop off points are limited.

Furnishings are in like new condition and constantly updated or rotated and meticulously maintained due to the proximity to the beach and salt air.
The full kitchen is stocked with many extras which include full spice rack, cooking oils, unperishable condiments, tea and coffee assortment and more.
The bathroom has also been fully stocked with basic personal essentials, first aid kit, sunburn gel, make up wipes, hair appliances and more.
Unlike most rentals (hotels included), ALL of our beddings (including comforters & quilts), throws & blankets, decorative pillow covers, rugs, etc are washed after each check out.
We welcome you with pride into a comfortable and thoroughly clean space where eco friendly products are used whenever possible.
