This privately owned Gem features a large waterfront Main bedroom w/ King size bed and recently remodeled (2024) en-suite bath, a second bedroom w/ King size bed and full hall bath, PLUS an Upstairs LOFT featuring 2 Twin beds and a Queen size pull-out couch.
The minute you walk in you will be mesmerized by the sweeping views of the Coconut Coast. Enjoy morning coffee on the Lanai and let your cares float away!
Located at the Pono Kai Resort on 12 lush acres that includes a pool, hot tub, Pickleball/Basketball/ & Tennis courts, lawn games, putting green, BBQ facilities, and an on-site Concierge service to book island activities. Beachfront outdoor showers to rinse off the sand and common laundry room. Plus an Elevator and plenty of free parking (2 spaces available) Not only will you have superior views, the benefit of being on the top floor means no pesky neighbors above!
As our second home we have made it comfortable w/ Casper beds, a super well- equipped kitchen and even beach accessories! This is our Paradise and we hope you will like it too!

Beau grand appartement, trÚs bien situé

Beau sĂ©jour, en groupe, (6 personnes de ma famille et amies). L’appartement est grand, trĂšs propre, bien situĂ©, et dispose d’un garde robe bien garni en Ă©quipements de plage (palmes, tubas, chaises, parasols, etc). La cuisine est particuliĂšrement bien Ă©quipĂ©e aussi. L’arrivĂ©e s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©e. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© du village et de la piste multifoncionnelle. Bref, un magnifique sĂ©jour! La seule chose qui nous a un peu manquĂ© c’est d’avoir plus d’espace sur le balcon. Il est bien meublĂ© et 6 personnes peuvent s’assoir mais c’est trop coincĂ© pour pouvoir manger Ă  6 dehors.

The house was perfect for us. The beach was so close we opened our windows to listen to the ocean at night. This was the vacation of a lifetime, my husband and I with our two grown children and their spouses. I would highly recommend this rental. I asked Brooke and Betsy what the one thing is we should not miss. We took their advice, and it was everyone's favorite adventure of the whole trip.

Amenities in this condo were above and beyond thoughtful... Finally a vacation rental with attention to important details like quality mattresses for a good night sleep, extra supplies including paper products, spices & beach going necessities. Comfortable upgrades & amazing views. The only downside was the laundry not in the unit but accessible to the building as a whole. But a minor inconvenience in the whole of this rental. Easy access to a beautiful beach, walking trail and amenities.

LOCATION

This was a wonderful condo. The location was close to the beach, slops and restaurants. The condo was clean, well stocked with beach chairs and everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The Air Conditioner works amazing. The view from the balcony while we ate our breakfast was picturesque Thanks for making our 25 wedding anniversary a memorable celebration.

Everything we needed in a great location!

Loved the thoughtfulness throughout this condo- every beach item we could possibly need, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for our group of 5. The teenagers enjoyed having their own space upstairs, which even has a little mini fridge. This is the first time we have stayed in a top floor unit which we enjoyed. The view is beautiful and it was very quiet, no noisy neighbors upstairs. Great location at the Pono Kai with all the fun amenities there. We regularly used the beach path for biking, walks, and going to the bridge for fishing. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and food trucks. I can’t say enough great things about this unit. Book it and you won’t be disappointed!

Walk Right outside to beach and walking path. Nice balcony to enjoy view w coffee in the am to watch sunrise. Very casual place and easy to walk to local shops if you are looking for laid back place. They had everything we needed for beach from cooler to chairs.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay and the condo was perfect for our family. The view from the lanai is stunning! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything no needed. The hall closet was stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, snorkels and so much more. Brooke and Betsy were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for in our Kauai vacation. The condo was beautiful and clean with lots of room. the kitchen was well stocked. The view was breathtaking! We had coffee every morning watching the sunrise.The location of the condo is great! it is walking distance to so many great things- coffee, food trucks, fresh fruit stand...
