CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental period is rebooked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any reservation changes made within 45 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card companiesânot from Island Living Homes.
