We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located in the heart of the Thousand Islands. Within just 40 minutes, you can explore numerous wineries in the region, making it an ideal base for a wine getaway. The service at the hotel restaurant was exceptional—both the morning and evening staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Riddhi, whose professionalism and warm demeanor truly stood out. She made our dining experience especially enjoyable. Thumbs up to the entire team for their excellent hospitality!

The lobby and exterior of building were not promising. Then going up the floors everything is very nice. Also did not guess from lobby that just walking theough the hallway to the dining area showed a nice dining room and patio. I suggest you remodel the lobby amd also put more effort into the building entrance all along the street

I don’t like it , there is no microwave, refrigeration and elevator in the room and building! I stayed second floor and I have to carry all my bags up to stairs! Omg after 5 hours driving and got to bags upstairs! No recommend !
