Short but sweet stay!

We only stayed for one night and got to the hotel past midnight and left early morning, therefore I really can’t comment too much. However, I can say that the hotel was super clean, the room was clean and modern and spacious. We absolutely loved the kitchen area.

New and well stocked kitchenette. Very pet friendly but high cleanliness marks even from this neat freak. I managed to lock myself out (and my dogs in) with the security bar flipped from the inside. Maintenance arrived within 5 minutes and fixed my mistake. Lovely front desk staff.

Very nice Hotel, clean and feels new. The location is its only downside because there's nothing of interest close by. Would still come back because of the quality of the service and the overall quality of the place.

underground parking was a real plus. 24 hour coffee and tea from the lobby. Breakfast was good. Wide hallways. Very comfortable room and bed. very safe hotel. your room key was needed to go up in the elevator to the rooms. i will stay here again when i am in Ottawa.
