The staff here is 10 stars! They really make the experience. The hotel is beautiful but the staff take it to that next level. They were by far the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over the world. I wanted to stay at a resort triple the price but chose here instead to save money for activities. We later went to the resort for lunch and I was so happy I chose to stay at the Vira Bali instead. Their hospitality is unrivaled. If you’re in the fence about staying here, trust me, do it! You will not regret it.

Beautifully quiet hotel in a very busy area. Lovely pool and we felt we could really relax here before sinking some Bintang’s on the evening, of which the hotel was in a great location for!

The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The staff were exceptionally polite and kind, even though our flight was delayed and it took us an hour to get through immigration—kudos to them for their excellent service! That said, the hotel itself feels a bit dated, and the soundproofing could definitely be improved. On the bright side, breakfast was good. Overall, I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5 experience.

As always stars given in respect to cost. It is in kuta. 5 minute walk to airport 20 minute drive so great for that but unfortunately kuta is outdated now and the happening place is in cangu.
