We had the best stay! The staff is so so kind and generous. We had the room cleaned everyday and the food was great! Continental breakfast had lots of options and our driver WhatsApp’ed me before we got off the plain with a picture to know what to look for. I would love to stay here again and enjoy the people more than anything.

We arrived late to our hotel, around 8PM. When we arrived we were told all amenities were closed (ie pool gym etc) it seemed a little early for that as most hotels usually keep pools open until 10/11pm. When we got to our room there were dead bugs and leftover food and dishes from the previous users outside our room. The room didn’t smell the cleanest either. The next day our flight was delayed and we ended up having to check out and wait at the hotel to leave. It was extremely hot and we had requested another bottle of water. The hotel staff told us we had already checked out and they could not give us even one bottle of water. We were there less than 16 hours and had hardly used their amenities. We have stayed at many places during our 3 week stay across Thailand and Bali and this felt like the least accommodating place for guests. Very disappointed.

Breakfast food was amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed. So close to the airport which was great as we arrived in Bali late. Walking distance to shops and beach. Overall, would recommend for a short trip and value for money!

The room was good. The overall facility was good but the vicinity to the road and street made it challenging to relax with ongoing traffic and noises. Additionally, a Catholic Church was next door and the ongoing singing was unbearable. The free evening coffee was a good bonus but the guest were not allowed to take it to their room making it difficult and somewhat uncomfortable and unpleasant.
