Location couldnt be better, right in the center of shopping and dining options. The bus stop/train station is a short 5 min walk. Staff is excellent and speak good English. Rooms are small, but its Japan.

This is a good budget hotel and perfect for Kyoto since you will likely spend very little time in the room anyways. Its clean, rooms are well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Its very close to nishiki market as well as the key sights around teramachi. Best part, this is right next to a 7-eleven!! The south building is undergoing some repairs to keep that in mind..

The hotel is located in a shopping strip which was great for walking, shopping, a great restaurants. However the rooms are older and very small. I traveled with both my teenage kids and got one room with two beds & a sofa bed which was too small to the point you couldn’t walk. The shower smelled really bad.

Very central, located above a food hall. Great dinner options and the hotel was very helpful and clean. I would stay here again for the hotel but would prefer to visit a quieter side of Kyoto.

Amazing hotel! It was the best hotel choice i did for my japan trip. It was very centric in kyoto and very close to metro/bus lines. The staff was incredible and provided a great service. Also the breakfast was very complete and of good taste. If I return to kyoto, I will definitely stay here again.

The Best Stay Ever!!!

The best stay ever!! Location was prime!! Steps away from shopping, amazing food, the train and Nishiki market!!! The front desk was very welcoming and efficient. Our rooms were freshly cleaned and restocked daily!!
