It’s a no staff hostel with only one laundry machine. If anyone need to do laundry, need to go outside to find one. The way they clean the room is also not very thorough. My coffee cups are not washed. Room is very small.

The room was clean and convenient, though small. Convenient laundry. The staff available only online was quick to respond and the instructions were always clear and easy. Just beside the imperial palace, the hotel is at a walkable distance from many areas with shops and restaurants. Also very close to the metro station

Quiet and clean but also convenient to the subway and bus routes. Good bathroom. Shared kitchen and lounge was nice for eating breakfast or takeaway.

It was easy to find the place and the location is walkable from the subway station. Er we’re able to store our luggage before check in since we got there early. The staff was friendly and the room was great. Even a foot massage machine in the room! The TV is not smart, so if would like to watch a movie at night, I recommend bringing an hdmi to USBc cable

The rooms reminded me of a dorm room. They are tiny. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The laundry area was full of dust too. That being said the hotel is a great price and within 15 mins of everything by public transportation. The laundry machines connects to an app making it really easy to get your laundry done. We rarely saw any staff in the building and we got out check-in information via email.

Clean property in a beautiful neighborhood! Property is unstaffed much of the day, which was never a problem but could be a challenge if you need something from the front desk. Building was quiet and comfortable. Of our trip to Japan of the 4 hotels we stayed in this was the most affordable and our favourite!
