This hotel exuded a brand-new ambiance, and the staff was exceptionally polite and respectful. Its convenient location and excellent shuttle service added to its appeal. Breakfast was awesome. The hotel has private spas you can rent by the hour and a foot bath in the garden. All the staff is super friendly. The hotel is outside of the crazy busy areas but is literally a 15 minute walk to the heart of Kyoto. I definitely recommend this hotel.
