With 2,034 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, a private backyard, a hot tub, and a two-minute walk to the resort-style Signature clubhouse, this home delivers the full Coachella Valley experience without the compromise.

Living space
The living room is anchored by a large, comfortable sofa and an 85` Smart TV - ideal for movie nights, game days, or unwinding after a round of golf. A gas indoor fireplace adds warmth when desert evenings cool down, and the open layout flows naturally from the main living area toward the kitchen and out to the patio.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite features a California King bed, a 65` TV, an office desk and chair, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a separate walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, its own en-suite bath, and a 50` TV. The living room also accommodates a double pullout bed for additional guests.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with a 4-burner gas range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Quartz countertops provide generous prep space, and everything you need for a full cook-up is here - dishes, wine glasses, cooking basics, barbecue utensils, and a baking sheet included. A dining table rounds out the space for sit-down meals together.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is a true desert retreat. A conversation set, outdoor dining area, and gas BBQ make it easy to gather outside, while the private hot tub - open 24 hours, available all year - invites you to stay out long after sunset. The patio connects directly from the living room for seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Community amenities
Key FOBs in the home give you access to the Signature clubhouse, just a two-minute walk away. There you`ll find a heated resort-style pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, outdoor living and BBQ area, bocce ball, and shuffleboard.

Practical details
The home features a washer, dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and dedicated workspace with ergonomic chair and laptop stand. Keyless entry is used throughout - your unique code is issued before arrival, so check-in is seamless. A 24-hour gated security entrance adds an extra layer of privacy. Up to 2 cars can be parked in the driveway, with additional free street parking available nearby.

Location
PGA West places you at the center of the Coachella Valley. The Empire Polo Fields (home to Coachella and Stagecoach) are less than 4 miles away - a 15-minute bike ride. Old Town La Quinta is 5-7 minutes, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas Open) is under 15 minutes, and Palm Desert/El Paseo is 15-20 minutes. Acrisure Arena is a 25-minute drive, and the south entrance of Joshua Tree National Park is reachable in 45 minutes. For golf, PGA West itself offers five public courses - including the Pete Dye Stadium Course, a Golf Digest Top 100 Public Course and home to the American Express Open`s final round. SilverRock Resort is under 10 minutes away.

No cats. Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs considered at an additional fee.
Garage parking is not available. 2 cars in the driveway; additional free street parking nearby.
Daily cleaning is not included. A mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee.
We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the home.
Indoor music system available. A personal Bluetooth speaker is recommended for outdoor use.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
