Prime La Quinta location! Less then a mile away from La Quinta resort, old town , golf courses. 3 miles away from Coachella and Indian Wells tennis gardens. The house is located in the beautiful gated resort community Laguna De La Paz. There is a lake filled with fish, turtles and ducks. Multiple tennis courts and a pickle ball court. Gym on site as well! Two heated pools overlooking the lake and mountains. This place is dreamy!! The house has 3 beds and 3 baths. All beds are high end with luxury hotel collection bedding and all bedrooms have there own large screen smart TV’s! Extremely comfortable for all guests! The living room has a long sectional sofa that’s comfortable enough to sleep a extra guest. There are 3 additional Intex air mattresses if needed. Full size real wood dining table set up for 6. Kitchen with double oven, dishwasher and breakfast table and chairs. Extremely cozy and cute. The house has 2 fireplaces, a indoor bar and a nice outdoor area with a gas fire pit . Washer and dryer right when you enter from the garage. Any other questions please ask.

The host was very easy to communicate with. There were a few issues when we arrived with electrical which was quickly resolved. The showers did not drain well from the start and the unit backed up to a busy road with much road noise. The home could use some TLC

Thoroughly Peaceful and Relaxing Stay
Violet's home offers an oasis of calm in this delightful community of Laguna de la Paz, a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The photos on the listing fairly depict the ambience of the property. The furnishings and decor have been gracefully and tastefully done. Violet (based in LA) is a gracious and responsive host, and the community HOA office (particularly Tina) is also an excellent resource for questions and suggestions. As a former guest commented there is some road noise outside on the patio at times (some properties have installed fountains to overlay some white noise distraction). All in all a very pleasurable month away.

La Quinta , great stay
This property is exactly like the pictures, only roomier! Perfect location. Close to downtown La Quinta and to the March BNP tennis tournament. Gated community of Laguna de la Paz is a hidden gem. Walking/biking/hiking all easy and accessible. Owner, Violet, is very friendly/responsive. Highly recommend.
(One note: there is street noise, especially when on back patio).
