The hotel could use a refresh. There were missing furniture pieces in our room and the carpet was damp, which was exacerbated by the broken bathroom fan. Breakfast was lackluster and there were so many leaves in the pool, we didn’t even try to swim. Overall, it’s fine if you keep your expectations low.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was helpful. It would be helpful to guests if there were towel bars in the bathroom....or something to hang wet towels on!

I arrived at the hotel at 3:45 PM. Check-in was 3 PM. I was told my room was not ready because they had 28 checkouts that day and only one housekeeper, and that it would be approximately a hour or more before my room was ready. Hire more housekeepers. Mostly, the room was clean and comfortable. There were, however, some disturbing things that I have pictures to document. The breakfast was kind of disgusting, and when I walked into the breakfast room, I was greeted with piles of paper boxes with utensils, napkins, plates, and other things of the sort. The breakfast room wasn’t really very clean.
The ‘curtains’ had holes in them.
This was the disgusting ‘office chair’ in the room. Thank Fod for towels.
This is the reading chair, dirty and gross.
Sheets filled with dirt and whatever the heck that yellow stuff is.

The gentleman at front desk was welcoming. The room was clean. We did not use the pool. The hotel is old and it shows but it was clean. The carpet in room was past due for replacement. I will say that the bathtub was slippery when showering - no grips on bottom. The breakfast was fried egg rounds, sausage, 3 cereal options, instant oatmeal and a couple of bread options. Our stay was perfectly fine for one night. Safe area, quiet and great location. Short walk to Spanish Springs Square.

Room carpet with dirty stain spot. Look dirty and feel dirty. Maybe need shampoo. Room phone doesn’t work. Refrigerator have big ball of ice attached need cleaned. The blanked on the bed have like corrosive stain in two different spots. Room attendant lady with red hair she doesn’t smile even answering back the good morning.

Rooms needs updating. The first room we were given had not been cleaned yet. The beds were still not changed the previous guests that were in the room. The second room had an old mildew scent to it, which we figured we could deal with. The real issue was the beeping that you could hear from the machine outside the wall all night long. It never stopped. The fridge and heater also were so loud throughout the entrie night. We asked to change rooms at 630 the next morning. The third room was finally fine, but it took a lot to get to that point after a whole day a traveling and not sleeping with all the other noises. The staff was very nice about all the issues that were occuring.
