Laguna Beach, enjoy direct beach access from Sunset Cove or stroll to a café, shops, or restaurants. Take swim, kayak, or play volleyball or basketball at Main Beach only a few blocks north. World class dining and art studios at your door step, relax and enjoy.

The Lanai Villa
Natural colors and materials coalesce to create a tropical vibe in this cozy one-bedroom, one-bath hideaway. The rattan and bamboo furnishings, along with peekaboo ocean views, accentuate the South Pacific tone, and the private patio catches plenty of sun. Lanai is a perfect couples' retreat – where you can surf or paddleboard by day and barbecue al fresco-style by night.
The Lanai is just steps from the common area decks, where you can enjoy spectacular ocean and coastline views from the comfort of plush terrace chaises.

This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs. Villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
No CATS Allowed

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $35 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Steps away from the beach, peaceful and quiet. You also get a your own private garage for parking, I was able to fit my lifted truck in which was surprising. Overall awesome place to stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Thoroughly enjoyable weekend

Beautiful unit - comfortable and well appointment. We enjoyed the full kitchen, comfortable bed and the deck area where we could enjoy the ocean view. Laguna has long been our happy place and we were here to celebrate our 55th. Our regular place has new owners and no longer suited us. This will now be our regular place to stay. Thank you!

Our stay in the Lanai Villa was very nice. All was comfortable and just as described. The patio was very nice and we mostly had the space to ourselves. Our only issue was having no hot water for showers Sunday morning when I had to get ready to meet cousins for brunch. It ran for 20 minutes before it got hot and since I hate to waste water, I took a cold shower! My partner got a bit more hot water after me, but still not as hot as it was the rest of the time we were there. Bad timing. Other than that, all was great.
