We rented this home when we came to see our son, who attends Florida Southern College. Our stay was wonderful! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful location right near Lake Hollingsworth and Florida Southern College. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay! The home has been updated nicely with plenty of room for our family of 3. It's location was perfect! We moved our daughter into FSC, which was less than a 5 minute drive. It's close to the downtown area and grocery stores as well, but in a small neighborhood away from traffic. The host was very responsive with any questions and clear on communication. We would absolutely stay again.

The two bedroom one bath house on a shady street in the older part of Lakeland was ideal for us. The pictures on VRBO are all accurate. The kitchen is well-equipped with dish washer, Keurig Coffee Maker, toaster and an electric kettle. We would gladly revisit this property.

Amazing Find

Adorable house! VERY clean! Pictures don’t do it justice! It has everything you need. The owner is very quick to respond and is very helpful. The location is great. We walked around the lake every day. Everything we needed was in close proximity, too. I’ll definitely stay here again next time down.

I was in town for work for a couple of weeks and appreciated having space and a kitchen instead of a hotel room for that time. The house was spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. The host was responsive. I would stay here again.

Needed somewhere to stay for a baby shower happening down the road.

The property is clean, and supplied nice starters, like coffee pods, creamers, water bottles to get you started. The driveway next to the house was nice to get out of the street. Communication with property owner was easy. The bed was comfortable, and plenty of linens. Some of the neighbors looked a little shady, but was quiet and no problems.

Historical Blue House is the cutest

My sister and I stayed at the Historic Blue House. Everything was great, especially the interior decor. I loved this little place. Super cute, comfy and clean.

Amazing access to amenities

Lovely historic neighborhood with so much within a few blocks walking distance - a bakery, a breakfast shack, a coffee shop, a kombucha tap room, and a nice brewpub restaurant in a historic home. Also Lake Hollingsworth 3 mile paved path just a few blocks downhill. You don't have to get in your car for days if you don't want to!
