The staff was absolutely amazing...friendly, helpful, accommodating...we couldn't have asked for a better experience staying here. The breakfast was small but all we needed to start our day. The room was clean and comfortable. A+ all the way around.

Room floor extremely dirty disgusting is a dark grey so you can’t really see the dirt but you definitely could feel it sticky and slippery I cleaned a drop that felt and paper turned black also bathtub looked yellow as if it had never seen a scrub the edges of the floors/walls visibly dirty bathroom vent very dirty. Breakfast I still cannot believe they don’t ever put bread slice everybody likes toasted bread slice only the same bagels same English muffins they had 1 regular toaster for everyone to use that was extremely slow bacon crumbs almost burnt stayed 4 nights and all 3 the same exact thing except for 1 day everything was the same except the bacon crumbs it was pork sausage that day which was something good for a change. We did like the pool it was warm which my husband and I loved only used it our last night. I would definitely try to stay at a different hotel being that it was $800 and the room was nasty. The only great thing about it is that it was great distance for people who wants to enjoy the Amish touring.

1st room had some cleanliness issues in bathroom. Up stairs room was banging around all night on the 2nd night did not get to sleep. Complained to front desk numerous times and was told they would give me 25,000 rewards points from manager but never recieved them in my IHG account.

The Good: front desk and breakfast staff members were very pleasant. Check in went quickly. Pool is nice and seemed clean and is open until 10. No carpets or drawers in the rooms (more hooks and open shelves and benches) are good to reduce potential bug issues. The Bad: deceptively less seats available in the lobby that are also functional for breakfast. We had to wait for seats at breakfast that were adjacent to a table you could put your food on. Some guests were sittting on footstools hunched over little end table like Gollum to eat their food. Not ideal! The ugly: room was NOT CLEAN. Shower was not clean, and there is so much hair and grime on the baseboards and behind the toilet in the bathroom. Sheets had some permanent stains on them. The vent in the bathroom has not been cleaned in... forever??? Gross. Recommendation: Avid should invest in earpieces for their cleaning staff. It is probably more efficient for them to be using two hands to "clean" than only one hand as the other is holding their cell phone as they talk to someone on speakerphone.

Hello, My experience was not very good. My room smelled of cigarettes. There were no towels or toilet paper. The pool had a very high level of chlorine, almost suffocating. I hope things improve.

The hotel was clean, but very small rooms. I knew the rooms would be small but it’s good to be aware of that for review purposes. We happened to be on the side with the view of the parking lot, taco truck and vacant looking lot, the other side had a beautiful farm view so that was a bit unfortunate. Breakfast was decent and had a lot of options that was a big plus, the pool was nice. The staff at the desk were really nice- especially the gentleman at check in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The young man that helped me check-in, another young lady at the front desk & Big s/o to Ms. Tee (my family talked about how wonderful she was) during breakfast time. Speaking of breakfast... breakfast was subpar (in my opinion it could be better with more hot food options). Also, the 24hr snack area that is shown on the website, is no longer available (hasn't been for years apparently), so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, the stay was good.

The hotel was clean. Rooms were adequate. Bathroom you only receive 2 towels for shower 2 hand towels and no floor mat. Lobby food was suppose to be out at 6:30 but by 7:00 only some food was out not all. Coffee in the morning was ok but the coffee in the lobby during the day was just horrible. I will not be returning

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. However, the outside was very weedy and unkept . We had busloads of people at the hotel, so breakfast was very crowded and noisy -- hard to even find a seat. The quality of breakfast food was okay -- limited choices. In the evening, large groups would congregate in the lobby to play cards/games -- noisy.
