The front desk agent was so sweet and made me feel so welcome. The rooms were quaint and quiet. I hope to stay again. Everything you need was in the room as well. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker.

The place was run down dirty. There was people smoking marijuana inside the building. The bed were uncomfortable. The staff couldn’t understand English. I do not recommend going there.

The check in was easy. Ash was very help and informed me that the tv was not working due to some service issues. I like that I was told this up front. The room was clean and big. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was eggs, sausage, bread, coffee, juice, and a waffle. I was surprised by this breakfast options. Parking was no issues. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Bugs crawling on ceiling, arm chair stained, desk chair ripped, water stain ceiling, tin wasn’t cleaned, drain clogged with hair, I had to clean it myself. They claim fill breakfast… seriously, microwave eggs, microwave potaotoes, and what they claim is sausage.

The lady at check in was more than nice. Unfortunately, the hotel room was filthy. The sheets were stained ans had physical dirt on them. We called and she apologized multiple times. She upgraded us to a suite and when we walked into that room the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke hit you in the face. We decided not to stay, I’m very hopeful for a refund. The lady at the desk said she could not give me a refund that I would have to ask Expedia. Expedia reached out to the hotel and they said there was no one there that could authorize a refund. I’m hoping Expedia will make this right.

I enjoyed my stay at the Clarion. The lady that checked me in was very kind, friendly and informative. The room was clean. The television was a bit hard to turn on at firsr because I had to press the power button a few times. However, I would stay again. It was just what I needed. Thank you!
