The hotel was 'homey' without being fussy. I liked the different tables and shelves in the hallway - although, a couple are too close together and kind of block getting thru with big luggage. The comforters remind me of quilts that I make.

Customers would like coffee/tea in the morning n even in the evening as they’re getting ready to start their day or to unwind in the evening. Especially since there’s no type of breakfast offered it would be nice even if it’s a continental breakfast. It would have been nice in the extreme heat/humidity to take a dip in the pool there’s no pool.

It was so clean, comfortable, and quiet. No noise which is very important to my husband and me! And clensiness is also very important. One of the cleanest places we have stayed.

It's a inn designed to be less expensive it was clean and quiet could use some tlc alot better than most inn's no complaints i'm very picky

I made my reservation through Hotels.com. It said pay at the hotel. Great! My friend and I wanted to split the charge on our credit cards. When we arrived, they automatically charged my card. We were told there was no way to correct this. The young person said I'd have to refund you and re-do it and he wasn't going to do that. I then had a Hotel.com gift certificate which he looked at and handed it back to me like I was an idiot. We got our keys and went to our room. We were told the lobby closed at one. I went down to get a missing hair dryer at 10:15 and no one was there. There also was an iron burn on the carpet. We have stayed here multiple times of the last few years and it has been great. Have they changed owners??? Don't think we will be back.

Hotel defines “Country Living.” Very outdated but okay. I was greeted onsite. Female at front desk was welcoming. Got into the room to use the bathroom the toilet didn’t flush after first use. I called the front desk at 4:20 to have someone come up and plunge. Female told me there was no housekeeping service available they all leave at 5. She proceeded to tell Md that I would have to plunge the toilet myself and handle all housekeeping needs. I explained to her that this is not my job and my paying to stay there is their responsibility. If there is no housekeeping she needed to come and plunge. If I have to plunge a toilet I expect something off of my bill. She again repeated there is no housekeeping after 5 and I would have to plunge. A few minutes later a young man came to my room a tried to hand me the plunger. I sent time back to his manager explaining that I was not going to do it. She was insistent that it was my responsibility and sent the young man back to my room. I AM PISSED!!

Lancaster Visit

There was a problem at check-in. We were suppose to have adjoining rooms. Not sure who was responsible for mistake, the motel or Hotels.com, but we had one room on the ground floor and one on the second floor. We are seniors, no elevator. We asked young lady on the desk if she could get us all m at least bottom floor. She didn’t even try. Rest of staff not as bad.
