The gym was small but had enough to get a workout. Our room and bathroom was clean and comfy. We had a king suite which I thought was a bit small. There was coffee in the room but it would have been nice to at least have a free continental breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Well, when we first arrived, our keys weren’t made right we had to go downstairs not once but two times. Secondly, the room was supposed to be made up and ready and our shower was disgusting with human hair in it from I assume the last person that ran at the room and we had to go get our own clean towels and toilet paper and tissues

Disappointing stay

AC unit did not work, all 3 nights. Broken unit and could not be fixed. Was there for wedding so I had no time to move stuff to another room. Bathroom vent didn’t work. Room 405. Also room 407, ac unit could not be set to constant fan so it kicked on and off all night long. I did let Trish know of the issues, I was hoping she’d reach back out with a resolution before leaving but, she did not.
