Relax and enjoy our guest house in the beautiful Lancaster County countryside. This spacious home is perfect for large families and is close to it all with lots of beautiful sightseeing in the Amish community and the village of Intercouse. On the main floor you can enjoy cooking in our well stocked kitchen and enjoy each other’s company at the large dining room table that seats 12. (We also keep a child’s high chair there if needed) Also on the main floor is a large living room with a flatscreen tv, a full bathroom, laundry room and an enclosed office with a futon bed. The upstairs consists of 5 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The large backyard is perfect for family games and campfires. (Firewood provided) There’s plenty to see and do or just relax on the front porch and enjoy the surrounding fields and pastures and watch the buggies go by. We would be honored to have you as our guest!

Nearby:we are one mile from the village of Intercourse where you can find the well known kitchen kettle village, an Amish grocery store, a community park, and many unique shops and dining.
Enjoy some fresh homemade ice cream from Lapp Valley Farms only 2.6 miles away. (They also have a brand new location as of August 2022, only one mile down the road!) If you go at the right time you can watch the cows being milked or watch them make ice cream!
Sight and sound theater is 8.2 miles.
Strasburg railroad and Dutch wonderland are 8.6 miles.
Shady maple smorgasbord is 8.5 miles.

This house was the perfect place for our family Christmas vacation! The house is clean and has everything you need during your stay. It fit our group of 8 adults and 3 kids comfortably. When we first got there, we walked into a warm kitchen with a lit Christmas tree and homemade whoopie pies on the table. Honestly, the best whoopie pie I've ever had. The house overlooks beautiful farmland with frequent horse and buggies traveling by the road out front. The house is within an hour of all the popular activities. We would absolutely stay here again!

We come each year to Lancaster. This home is cozy, welcoming, clean and full of character. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of beds for the whole family. This was our second visit at this home and it is the perfect spot for us! Highly recommend for large families who want to all stay together. Thank you, Esh family!

We had the best stay ever. The home was clean, cozy and inviting. Upon arrival there was a Christmas tree set up with the lights glowing and scrumptious whoopie pies. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. The little cousins loved the office room with toys. We had everything we could need. Communication with host was timely and friendly. Just a few minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Kitchen Kettle, but far enough away to escape the crowds. We can’t wait to come and stay again.

Very well-equipped kitchen. Amazing laundry room. Spacious rooms-I was able to fit a full-size folding table in the dining area with room to spare. Great outdoor space. Close to tourist sites and markets. My family ages 2 to 59 loved it! Only negative was noise at night from the road that runs by the house, but you get used to it and there are SO MANY pluses.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great and it was close to all activities in lancaster and right on a main road. It had plenty of room for our large group of 9. We all felt right at home and so comfortable. It had everything we needed included like coffee, detergent pods, plenty of towels and washcloths. We also enjoyed the backyard and the horses on the property as well as the basketball hoop. Definitely don’t hesitate to book this great house which was also accompanied by great hospitality by the hosts.
