I remember when this hotel was a chocolate factory so to see it's transformation into a hotel is pretty incredible! The whole property from the lobby to the rooms, to the dining options were amazing. Walking into the lobby, it smells so nice. I would love to know what fragrances they use throughout the hotel because it would be great if my house could smell like that! The rooms are spacious with exposed brick and a barn door for the bathroom. Very elegant. The gym is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need for strength training and cardio workouts. We dined at both restaurants, the Kole Chophouse and Cavolo, a pizzeria. Although pricey, both were outstanding. The wagyu flight at the Chophouse was melt in your mouth delicious. The head chef, who has a French/Italian background as well as worked in restaurants in Shanghai, spent time speaking with us about his experience and how he was able to purchase wagyu from Australia! Who knew Lititz, PA would have such a distinguished restaurant offering such rare food treasures. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Congratulations on building such a beautiful property!

Everything was great! The room was very spacious, a nice walk-in shower, and the pillows were wonderful. I want to try and find some to buy like that for at home. it was nice having the restaurant connected, we went down there for a nightcap.

The room was spotless and very well decorated with nostalgia, yet upscale. The staff on our arrival was amazing with some helpful places of interest and seamless check-in with a nice goody bag. Everything in town was in walking distance. The only negative was having to pay a daily fee to park on the premises, but all spaces in the area are metered, so figured it was a wash. All and all I have already recommended the hotel and the quaint town of Lititz, PA to several people for a long weekend getaway.

We had a great stay here, I booked this hotel to celebrate my mother’s 93rd birthday. We grew up eating Wilbur buds and it was so cool to see what they did to the factory. Amazing transformation. Beautiful hotel!

Lovely trip and stay
