Overnight guests:
A maximum of 8 overnight guests, and up to 7 visitors are included in the booking rate.
Visitors (non-overnight guests):
Visitors are individuals who are not staying overnight and must leave by 12AM. Visitors are counted once more than 8 people are on the property at one time. Up to 7 visitors are allowed, for a total maximum of 15 people on the property.
CCTV and rule enforcement:
Exterior CCTV monitors occupancy, noise, and compliance with house rules. Bringing unregistered guests or violating rules may lead to loss of deposit, additional charges, or cancellation of the stay without refund.
Noise:
Music must remain at a respectful level. Outdoor amplified music is not permitted.
Trash and clean-up:
All trash must be bagged and placed in the drums at the entrance. All visitors must leave by 12AM.
