Avoid This Place: Disappointing Experience
We booked a month in advance, but unfortunately, we never received a confirmation email. There was no communication from the property owner before our arrival, and we lacked details regarding the exact address during the payment process.
Upon arriving, we were unable to reach the property owner. It was only after checking in that we discovered a beach access fee of 350 pesos per person per day, a detail that was not mentioned during booking.
The room itself was not up to standard; we found spiderwebs, and the kitchen appliances and cutlery were dirty. The laundry room window didn't close properly, allowing insects to come inside.
We were provided with only four bath towels for five guests, which was inadequate. Additionally, the TV was a different size than advertised and there were no available channels. The WiFi connection worked but was significantly slower than what was promised.
One of the wardrobes had broken hanging rods, and the air conditioner’s remote was without batteries, making it impossible to adjust the temperature.
Due to these issues, we had no choice but to spend a large portion of our travel funds finding new accommodation at the last minute. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.
We were in the room for a total of 4 hours before leaving. The owner would not refund our total amount and charged us for 1 nights stay.

室内のアメニティーが皆無なのと、シャワーのお湯が止まったり、バスタオルが滞在日数や人数に関わらず1枚のみ、滞在中の部屋の清掃も無し、Wi-Fiの電波も弱い等、不便が多いです。改善してください。
