I did not realize that if I reserved the hotel on Expedia, the hotel does not honor any changes nor any cancellations. I had to change plans and couldn't make Mount Dora this week. Unfortunately I lost the cost of the room and should have read the fine print on this establishment. I will not ever reserve a room at this place again. Lesson learned.

Property was well maintained, staff were helpful and the morning breakfast was adequate to start the day. Location to downtown Mt Dora is less than a 10 minute drive which was very convenient.

Even though the location is along a busy highway it was quiet inside. Room was comfortable and any even small issues were addressed immediately by a caring staff. Overall, a very pleasant expearience.

FACILITY IS VERY "TIRED" VERY AND NEEDS A MAJOR REDO RENOVATION. FURNITURE IS DIRTY AND STAINED. CARPET NEEDS REPLACEMENTOR AN OIL CHANGE AS A MINIMUM. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN WHAT HILTON WAS AT ONE TIME BOOKING THRU EXPEDIA WAS $106.32 MORE EXPENSIVE THAN GOING DIRECTLY WITH HAMPTON. HOTEL WOULD NOT MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT BECUSE RESERVATION WAS MADE VIA EXPEDIA! MANAGER "VITORIA" WAS NOT ON DUTY TO REVIEV, SO STAFF WAS TO HAVE HER CALL US. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED. NEVER AGAIN WITH EXPEDIA NOR HAMPTON
