Room was in good condition but the toilet didn’t work so well. It was New Years Eve and no one on call for service. We stayed in building two which has a back door entrance. Not very good lighting in the back for late evening return.

The Hotel is situated in proximity to the beauty of the Lake, restaurants, a marina and seaplanes. There is ample free parking and check-in was a breeze. The staff at the front desk were amazing and Toni and Sharon went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the hotel's hospitality as well as what was nearby for us to enjoy. It is hard to emphasize how exceptional staff were. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a nice balcony to help you enjoy the lake view. There is also a rooftop bar but it is only open for the latter part of the week and weekend. Great place to stay and we will definitely be back.

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with Expedia and the hotel. (Expedia has suite pictures posted at basic room prices). But the staff was nice enough to give us the suite at the listed price. Room was very clean, close to everything downtown, great restaurants, nice parks, and great view of the lake. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but sparse. Too close to the elevator but a good value for the discounted rate. Definitely not worth the rack rate. We’d stay there again for the discounted rate. The rooftop bar was awesome.

Huge king sized bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Only exception was that there was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee or breakfast is offered in the lobby. Front desk staff were very courteous and friendly.

The room was clean but had an off putting odor. There is no coffee maker but a coffee shop downstairs from building 2. I felt like the office staff could have brought us to our room or building. Maybe a golf cart. I don’t know, it was like “park over there somewhere”. There are 3 buildings, you don’t know what room you’re getting. I was supposed to get a room with 2 beds but got 1 king. The check in building has nothing to offer, a couple chairs and a tv. It’s not inviting. Hot tea, something? I don’t know maybe there focus is else where other than customer service. When you call the number they answer maybe half the time.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great amenities. The location was convenient, and the service exceeded expectations. The roof top bar privided a great way to watch the sunset and have some excellent cocktails and food…5stars!!! I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

The first night we got literally zero sleep. The toilet in our room was running constantly (that loud hissing/filling sound all night) and the wall-mounted AC unit was dripping water and making a loud rattling/gurgling noise every few minutes. On top of that, the mattress had a massive sag in the middle – it felt like sleeping in a hammock that was about to collapse. We called maintenance first thing in the morning and explained the issues. They said someone would come “right away.” We left for the day assuming it would be fixed while we were out. Came back to the room at 11:00 PM – absolutely nothing had been done. Same running toilet, same leaking noisy AC, same collapsed bed. Called the front desk again and they just said “sorry, maintenance already went home for the night.” No offer of a room change, no apology, no solution. We had to stuff towels under the AC to stop the dripping and wear earplugs just to try and sleep. Second night wasn’t much better. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else. The Citrus Hotel is a hard pass. Management should be ashamed
