The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I said hello she cut me off and said wait a minute I am doing something. Waited patiently she asks what do I need. Told her I have a reservation and she goes well we have no rooms available. Mind you I flew in from Boston traveling with kids drove an hour from the airport to be greeted like this was so unprofessional. She asks for my name and goes oh I have it right here. Gives me a room without explaining hit to get to it. It’s 3 am lugging suitcases with kids going into wrong elevators when I guess my room only one elevator can take you to this side of the resort. Completely turned off had to go downstairs twice and luckily this maintenance guy offered to show us how to locate the room and which elevator to take. If I could give this place no stars I would because of this women’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Was looking to speak to someone about wedding packages while which was the reason I chose this place to begin with and me and my fiance was like absolutely not after this experience. Really hate doing this but hopefully management addresses this moving forward. We get it’s late and maybe you don’t want to be bothered with Kate check ins. However not even saying hello and greeting guests and saying just because you have a reservation doesn’t mean we have a room available is wild to me and turns her back to continue doing what she was doing. As a business owner would never treat anyone like this.
