Tropical Home

We enjoyed our stay, and the unit was very well-equipped with beach gear, kitchen and laundry supplies, and games. The view was incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and hearing and seeing the ocean waves. Location was central to activities we had planned: hikes, kayaking, backcountry tubing, Waimea Canyon, Poipu Beach, Fern Grotto tour. We enjoyed using the Outrigger pools. It was nice to have a pool bar available, as well as the option to order food for lunch. The AC units were only in the bedrooms, so the living room and kitchen did not cool off as much. But we spent most of our time outdoors. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

Great Kauai Beach Villa Location

We had a great time in Kauai and this location was just perfect for us. Beautiful first floor view of the ocean and the resort also had a pool, hot tub with a pool side eatery during the day that you could use. From our location we spent time at the Waimea Canyon State Park touring the upper coast line and also did some afternoon rafting along the same coast. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property was exactly as advertised and was central to the island and the sunrise in the AM!

The property and grounds were well maintained with a quiet atmosphere. The ocean side view was stunning with the relaxing sound of the surf and the chance encounter with a Hawaiian Monk Seal was a highlight of the stay.

Superior Location

Our unit H7 might have been the best placed condo in the entire complex. It had an incredible ocean view and was close to the pool at Kauai Beach Resort next door. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with kitchenware. The large living room couch sat many people in addition to the two comfortable chairs and two bar stools. The desk/vanity in the master bedroom was very handy. Parking was right outside the front door. There was lots of seating on the 1 large and 2 small lanais. The supply of towels was adequate. Unfortunately, the washing machine did a poor job of cleaning clothes and towels. Also, most condos we have rented include some basic kitchen supplies such as salt and pepper. I wish I had known before we packed that we needed to bring EVERYTHING. The bedroom air conditioners were extremely loud, but we were able to sleep through the noise. I tried to get the cool air from the bedrooms to filter out to the main living area, but it didn't really work. This was a problem for me as I have congestive heart failure and the heat and humidity created a serious health issue. Next time I'll know to rent a place with central air. All in all, though, it was a lovely condo and I would highly recommend it.

Good unit and location. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Not living area. Only negative. Pool is long way from unit and not very big. No access to hotel pool next door. We will come back.

Wonderful time

My first time to Kauai been to other islands this by far is the best. Could not have asked for anything better. The unit we had was top notch scenery beautiful, saw lots of whales, ocean front.
