I have traveled the world and stayed in a lot of hotels in my time. But I must say that this hotel is truly one of the top 3. I cannot say enough good things about this property. The customer service is the best I have had in a hotel, the property is breathtaking, incredible architecture and design. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The attention to the smallest detail is truly amazing. I will stay t this hotel every time I visit Lisbon.
