I stay here regularly as it’s convenient but the staff are lovely (especially Jackie who works at breakfast- she’s actually become a friend) Parking is easy and breakfast quality is really good

Our room was great but some rice on the floor that had not been vacuumed up. Our daughter’s room had a bad smell. Jake on reception dealt with it extremely well and arranged for another room immediately, which was perfect. The breakfast and facilities were amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a clean hotel. We would definitely stay again.

I have stayed in this hotel 4 times over the last year and always enjoyed our stay just off the M6 plenty of parking the staff always welcoming and pleasant plenty of ground around the hotel is well set back from the road we are booked in again this month would recommend this hotel for a stop over for commuting

Amazing

Amazing but i always strip beds before i leave unfotuatly the mattress cover was so badly soiled but the mattress & bedding were spotlessly clean the staff & food were excellant my second stay here & i will definitely be returning

pretty decent Holiday Inn, but surprised that the was no water in the room (pretty standard nowadays even in a B&B) and Shower room only had towels for one, it was a double room. We had a late lunch, the food was fine but the service was very slow. Breakfast was busy, self service but selection was fine and the food good.

Nights stay for haydock races

Excellent stay with great staff. Good location. Had a problem with the shower not able to control the temperature of the water too hot.. Spoke with louise on reception extremely helpful offered refund via hotels.com. Rang hotels.com and spoke with a lovely lady Kavita who is sorting this with the hotel. We will be back. Excellent service.
