This property is a short walk from King’s Cross station . It has a 24 hr reception with comfy sofas.
The rooms are clean but small and I found the mattress very hard. There is a lift so it is an accessible property. They offer luggage storage . Overall it is an acceptable hotel for a 1-2 night stay in London.

Nothing bad happened but nothing great either. The gentleman at the desk was indifferent. Not rude per se but certainly not warm or accommodating. The room was veey clean. We felt safe in the area and it was walkable to some fun pubs. Kings Cross is a ten minute walk, Farringdon 20min. The mattresses were hard the pillows thin. the room was hot opening a window brought in the noise of the street but somehow no cool air. Appreciated the in room tea/coffee very much. Heard no noise from other guests.
The check in at the Arriva hotel was seamless! The room was basic but had everything we needed, including a hair dryer, towels and a kettle with tea/coffee and cups! There was also a fan in the bedroom and we were facing the back of the building, so it was pretty quiet! There was a working TV with Free View channels!
Stayed 1 night stop by King Cross. Room is small but one night stay which is alright and no complaint, Price is worth for the quality. Convenient location.
Friendly staff at Reception.
Benefit to keep luggage upon check out.

The concierge just seemed really unfriendly and the place wasn't that clean. But it was cheap for a 2 night stay and it was close to the train.
The reception staff were pleasant and friendly. When the television in my room didn't work, I was immediately offered another room. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for my purposes. No breakfast was available, but that didn't matter as there were plenty of eating places nearby.
I stayed for only one night. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Good value for money and within walking distance from Kings Cross.

The Hotel room I was given was basic and was located in the basement next to the Lift. The noise from the Lift disturbed me throughout the night, whenever it was used by others. The bedding was basic white sheets with no coloured throw, shown in the listing photos. The small TV was positioned too high on the wall and did not have a tilt mount, so picture was difficult to see unless you stood up in the small room.
However you get what you pay for and the Hotel still offers good value for its London location. Reception staff were helpful and always available.
