Best week in London
Pros:The staff was very warm and helpful. The apartment was very modern and comfortable. The beds and showers are the best ever. The kitchen is great.
Cons:Not a thing that I can think of!
Location:This location was perfect for sight seeing, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the tube station are right there. Also great for pretty walks.
I can't say enough good things about The Cheval Three Quays. From the moment we arrived it was perfect! They welcomed my son and wished him a happy birthday by name as we walked through the door and even had a little birthday surprise waiting for him in our apartment. The staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The apartments are well laid out with thoughtful details to make it easy to settle right in. After a ten hour flight they helped us find the closest grocery, and we were able to have a home cooked meal our first night. The beds are the most comfortable ever. My son asked if we could take the mattress home on the plane with us! As for the bathroom, well, if you have a young child you know getting them to bath is a struggle. The rain shower is now my best friend and we will be putting one in when we renovate our bathroom this year. When we were out and about during the day he would voluntarily say "I'm going to take a shower before bed tonight. Ok?" The maid service was very discreet and thorough. They came daily after we left for the day and each night when we arrived, my son's stuffed animals would be arranged in some new way on his pillow. He loved it. Really and truly, if you are traveling to London with your family, I can not say enough good things about this location. I almost forgot about the amazing location! Right above the Tower of London, overlooking the Thames, with views of The Tower Bridge! Perfection! Tower Hill tube station is right there.

Wonderful stay
Pros:Location. Rooms were great - plenty of comfort and space for family of 4. Staff was very attentive.
Cons:The cleaning staff was haphazard. On any given day, 1 or 2 things weren't done - a bathroom not cleaned, trash bag not replaced in the kitchen. Minor.
Location:London tower. London tower bridge. Ferry to Tate Museum. Thames. St. Katherine's dock area. High tea at the Four Seasons - 5min walk.
Great hotel. Great location. Being so near the Tower of London and the Thames is wonderful and made visiting other sites very accessible whether taking the tube or the ferry. Weather was amazing the entire stay.

Outstanding
Wonderful staff, excellent location, very close to tube. Incredible views of tower bridge. Staff was very knowledgable and helpful. Apartment was spacious and had every every amenity. Perfect for families.

Stunning Views and Amazing Apartments
From the moment we arrived, everything about Cheval Three Quays was superb. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly (especially the gentleman who showed us to our apartment, who's name, unfortunately, I do not recall), the rooms clean and modern, and the views absolutely amazing. The location is also fantastic - not far from the Tower Hill tube stop, and literally across the street from the Tower of London. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cheval Three Quays to anyone planning a visit to London.
