Quaint, across from quiet park. Room was clean, bathroom facilities could be improved.
As a lone woman I didn’t feel safe.
The bathroom stank of damp. And there was an odd feel about the place. The door had some strange alarm on it when opened for too long.

The room was small with a small double bed. The shower barely dribbled water. The bathroom did not have a ventilator. Hotel staff were putting something in the lift, so my wife had to take the stairs and fell down them, as they were narrow and slippery.
The property is somewhat dated and the common areas fairly old and tired. The single room I had was very small but did the job if you are going out most of the time. The bed was comfortable, clean sheets and linen, a hot shower and kettle to make tea. There is a resonab level of noise in the area from traffic, sirens and people talking. It is not a quiet hotel but ear plugs helped greatly. A good location very close to the tube, restaurants and shops. Basic but functional as a hotel. Probably no more than two star.
If you’re just looking for a good quiet place to lay your head that’s in a convenient location, I highly recommend this place here. Doesn’t have a ton of great amenities but it’s quiet, comfortable, and so close to the tube but not in a noisy way.
Very convenient location and kept very clean. Also very tiny room, and nothing like the photos if you end up in the basement like we did.

Disliked: Cleanliness
I liked the fact that the hotel was close to the shops and train station. I hated the fact that it didn’t have a mini fridge in the room to store stuff. The toilet seat was broken in my bathroom, found some hairs in the shower and the flashing button was hard and making it difficult to flash the toilet. The windows dirty and the corridor was dirty like they don’t hover the carpet. For a night or two nights stay is ok not more.
It shouldn’t been authorized to become or run as a hotel size of single room is out rage exteremly very small , bath room is not even enough to be used by small children sizes , left is only for one person with small cize It’s really a horrible place to stay⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
Another property I had stayed for years , primarily due to the pool and was very upset it was emptied as advertised .Also hotel was being used by person's that were , medicaid ie homeless tenants of the property in a wing of the motel. They were mostly nice but in some cases they were living there so it was no longer like a motel more like a homeless shelter . The staff was nice thought . I was moved to another motel but as I hear this hotel is being demolished and rebuilt. this issue will be obviously not a problem in future.
It's hard to find good things to say about the hotel. They do have a elevator that holds two people. We booked two rooms for our family. The rooms were dirty exposed wiring in the rooms. The toilets are so close to the wall your knees and forehead touch the walls. I am not a tall person only 5'9" and I had trouble using the bathroom. No AC but they did put a van in one of our rooms. One of the bathrooms had mold on the ceiling. Would not recommend staying at this hotel again. It has a hostile vibe to it.
