The Neighborhood:
Located firmly in the middle of Zone 1, Soho is the beating heart of London – creative, dynamic and filled with people day and night. The property is in an incredible location offering endless entertainment and a minute from Oxford Street. Soho has been transformed in the last few years by an influx of independent restaurants, bars and shops. Many key media and film agencies are based here, which helps it retain the bohemian, artistic vibe it became known for historically. You will be walking distance from all the trendiest shops, restaurants, bars and museums. You are also walking distance from the majority of tube (underground) lines, which makes the city literally your oyster!

Getting Around:
Bound by Oxford Street, Regent Street, Charing Cross Road and Leicester Square, Soho is arguably the best connected area in London for transport and commuting. With a staggering four tube stations in the area and a Zone 1 location which allows you to walk easily anywhere in Central London, living here couldn’t be more convenient. Don’t attempt to bring a car here though – parking is very, very limited.

Horrible experience

We are a family of over with our children being under 10 years old. We had stayed at this property in July of this year and it was awful. Right after checking in, we tried to reach out to the management company, Houst, but there was no answer on the number they had provided which they had insured was 24/7 service. The email we sent to them was also not responded to till a day or so later. Communication with them was extremely poor because each request/question was answered by them saying "We have forwarded it to the appropriate team to get back to you," but they would not get back to us for days. We were staying there for two weeks and it happened the entire time! The pictures they have put up do not show the smelly flights of narrow stairs you have to climb up to reach the apartment. Definitely very difficult to do with children and suitcases. The entrance to the building always had trash sitting on it's step with drunkards and homeless people sitting there multiple times. There is a bar couple of doors down which made the street at night extremely noisy. We had to leave the windows open to get air at night. The property only provided one tiny fan. When we requested them to provide another, they took days to get back to us and then let us know we can get it ourselves for no more than 40 pounds and provide receipt for reimbursement. Both the bathroom shower drains were clogged to begin with. There were mushrooms growing by the door of the shower!

Great Flat!

We had a wonderful time in London and enjoyed the flat very much! A bit tricky finding the exact location but easy once we did. Flat is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. Great location - close to Tube stop. Wonderful stay!
