Booked a double and a twin for a couple of nights in London. There’s a lovely vibe in the hotel and the staff were possibly the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Rooms are small - particularly the double - but overall would very much recommend it. Great spot.

Excellent service, convenient location, air conditioned and thoughtfully compact/ comfortable room. We arrived early and staff went above and beyond to get a space ready for us whilst we chilled in the courtyard garden - which I recommend, a little oasis! There are no facilities in the room such as kettle etc but the downstairs area has plenty 24/7 refreshments and quiet safe space - even for an introvert like me!
