The room is very small and there is no lift, making it difficult to reach the fourth floor. It is also quite noisy, and the water pressure is poor. The location is excellent, but I would have expected a little more for the money.

The breakfast was pretty good. It was buffet style. The rooms are small (which is pretty common in London, perhaps the whole UK). The rooms were a bit dated but they're giving it a fresh coat of paint (they were painting outside our room on checkout day). The super plus is that it was very close to Paddington Station

We are nearly 70 years old. This hotel has no elevator and the staircase is narrow. We arrived at the hotel at 8am o'clock in the morning, but the hotel staff gave us the fifth floor, the highest floor, and asked us to carry three large suitcases up to the fifth floor by ourselves. It was so disappointing! We will never book a similar hotel again!

The window opened which helped cool things off There was no drinkable water in the bathroom. The room was small. The room was clean.
