Lovely hotel. Decorated to a high standard and recently refurbished. Rooms had complimentary water tea, hot chocolate sachets and coffee machine and biscuits. Fridge and safe. The bed was so big and comfy and slept like a log. Beautiful bathroom with double shower and shower gel shampoo and conditioner. Hotel staff were kind, and made our stay enjoyable. Lovely bar and fabulous breakfast with a choice of menu items fresh fruit cereal pastries and unlimited tea and coffee. Would highly recommend this hotel as it is in a really good location and near train stations and landmarks. We will be back again.

Very comfortable rooms ,still very fresh after refrb..great breakfast options.Our room was a bit hot and windows didn't open so rather stuffy. We had the same room aslast time and it has the same problems...have had other rooms here which are far nicer
