Location was excellent to utilize the public transportation or for walking. The service was awesome and the room was clean with many amenities. The hotel felt safe and we would not only stay here again but we would also recommend it to friends and family as well.

Loved staying here! It was my first time in London and this couldn’t have been a better hotel to pick! It was a short walk or tube ride away from everything we wanted to see. Front desk staff was very helpful! Loved the room and complimentary snacks drinks. A must stay when visiting London!

Great location and friendly staff!

The staff was very friendly and we were able to check into both our rooms when we arrived early. The only drawback is a couple of the twin beds that mattresses were slightly lumpy but didn’t really bother us as we were tired from our full days out and about! You can not beat this location! We would stay here again.

Great service and lovely hotel

This is an amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms and right in the centre of everything. Stayed for a business celebration and was upgraded to a huge room with complimentary drinks, bar, snacks. Gorgeous claw foot bath. The bar here is first class and they make the most amazing cocktails. Food is first class and service excellent. You can hear the underground trains but it’s nothing that would disturb you - I find it quite relaxing.

This is our fourth stay at the hotel. We come to London for my birthday to take in a show and to go out to diner. The hotel is great for getting around this part of London. Excellent transport connections from Charing Cross. Our room was perfect for two night stay, and so was the breakfast. The bacon, sausages, etc were perfectly cooked. The dining room staff are helpful friendly. Looking forward to our next stay. Thanks to all the staff.
