Lovely hotel great location

Very friendly welcome. Good location near tube and bus stop right outside. My room was upgraded to a huge suite, bed really comfortable with high quality bed linen- beautiful

The accommodations were very nice. I stayed in “cozy” room 108. There was room cleaning everyday and fresh towels. The staff was outstanding! Always going the extra mile to assist. The on site restaurant was good. The location was perfect: a short walk to the South Kensington tube station, many museums and if the weathers cooperates to Harrod’s as well. The only negative was the WiFi which kept dropping I would definitely stay here again!

Booked this property looking for a stay in a upscale neighborhood and close to transit. We came in through Heathrow so the Pelham's location far exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was more comfortable than our bed at home. It is a boutique hotel but still with all the expected ammenities. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely hotel in a great place for the museums which also felt safe. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We found it to be quiet. Tube stop opposite hotel. Only negative is that the aircon could not cope (30°C + in London).

The location is phenomenal. Just across the street is the South Kensington tube so you can travel by underground anywhere. The room was spacious and the bed dreamy. The staff were friendly and professional. We would definitely return and highly recommend the Pelham to others as it was recommended to us.
