This was a great stay in the heart of London. We were very close to food and shopping. The streets outside came alive at night, but the room stayed fairly quiet. The room was very clean and updated. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was a bit smaller than we thought, but that was to be expected considering the location. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

What can I say an absolutely amazing stay from start to finish.Wiktoria and her team were on point from minute we stepped in to drop our bags off early. Upon checking in we were shown to our room by an amazing attendant (sorry I have forgotten your name) he showed us all the mechanisms for lighting and heating control. Our bags we had dropped earlier were in the room waiting for us. Customer service is top tier. Beds super comfy and the toiletries are to die for (London sourced & vegan). The extra touches like the suite upgrade with the gorgeous views of the courtyard behind, the free fruit and water in room, the gorgeous gifts of wine, chocolates and our goody bags made the stay extra special. 7 min walk from Leicester Square Tube right on edge of China Town and Soho. Couldn't have asked for a better service or experience. Massive thanks to Wiktoria, Tilly and the rest of the team.

We loved how this boutique hotel was so centrally located to so many sites we wanted to visit in London. The service was impeccable. However, our room on the 2nd floor did not have a working HVAC, so our room was rather stifling. We were provided an oscillating fan for our second night, but it did not help with the humidity. Thus, four out of five stars.

Comfortable, central oasis

Friendly and welcoming front desk staff, clean and comfortable room with a nespresso machine and mini bar, hot shower with good water pressure and a comfortable bed. Quiet even though located in the West End. Great location for theater-goers and walking distance to many of London's top sights.

The hotel is right next to China Town. A lot of dining options right around the corner. I really like the convenience of this location. The room is a bit small but that is the trade off for this location, and it is enough for me as one person. The staff are very friendly. I dropped my luggage in the early morning with front desk then went to the office directly. When I returned in the evening, they got my room set up, and luggage was in the room waiting for me. Very good service. I will stay here again.

Perfect Location of a Gem

I loved the locale of this hotel. There were many shops, theaters and multiple restaurants to choose different cuisines. The Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse was within walking distance of Chinatown, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Just ok- it’s old and not very clean but bed was comfortable and not noisy. Wouldn’t pay more than £200 per night. It’s a functional room and not luxury . 3 stars at best

The hotel is in a super lively and convenient area, next to chinatown. Room is spacious and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. They search restaurants for my husband where to eat Sunday roast, we got a small tour of the room when we arrived 👍. We got slippers and also bathrobes 🙌 The water, fruit, coffee, tea are for free. Room has a minibar to buy of course. The only downside was that the room we got was not that quiet at night so I had a lil trouble with sleeping but they fixed it by providing me a relaxation spray that was helpful and in compensation we-also got the things we used from the minibar for free 🙌👍👏. I definitely recommend this hotel. I personally like to experience different location and hotels if iI travel to the same city again, in this case I”ll definitely repeat this hotel. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
