Sleep up to 6 people (4 adults maximum) you have a queen bed, the bunk bed are 2 twins beds also the table and the couch becomes a twin bed !!It’s a very nice neighborhood. The rv is located in my driver if you need me I’m here !! No smoking and No dogs allowed!! You will have a microwave, a small fridge, stove, and toaster As well as pots to cook, dishes and a coffee pot!! You have hot and cold water to shower !!You are welcomed to check in any time !! Parking it’s on the street!! But you will find parking right in front of my house!! Close to universal studios, Hollywood, magic mountain and the beach!! The bus stop is located 2 minutes away!! It’s perfect for a family!! Please send me a message if my dates are not available!! We will work it out

My daughter and I stayed in Celia’s RV for our First Annual Mother/Daughter trip (Magic Mountain). I loved the location of the property! It was close to the freeway (about 20 minutes to MM), restaurants, and stores. Celia was a great host!

Cool spot, safe location, quiet neighborhood!

We stayed in an RV for the first time and it was very much impressive! Very small yet very roomy!! The place was clean, furnished, and stocked w essentials. We bought food to cook in the RV instead of eating out every day. The manager Lois was helpful and welcoming, providing us w towels, wifi, and parking permits! Very cheap and affordable in a small, quiet neighborhood!

Cozy but nice

The bed and shower didn't fit my 6'4" husband. Every time someone moved, everyone could feel it. It was a fun adventure anyway, and the unit was in great condition. No real complaints.

Nice stay

Overall a good stay, wasn't crazy about the neighborhood felt a little unsafe, beds were good, it was very clean. Also if your more curvy in appearance or tall or have long legs you may feel a bit cramped in the bed and in the bathroom. It was nice to have a fridge and dishes for meals and the ac was great it got very cold.
