Arrived in the evening and felt unsafe in parking due to person loitering in the lot and a woman yelling at someone from a room. Staff very rude upon check in. The shower in our room was too dirty to use, also had mold growing in tile. The mattress did not fit the bed frame and stuck out causing me to trip and fall. Will not return.

This was my second time staying at this place. First time was great. This time it was terrible. I booked through Travelocity and selected the pay at hotel option. The hotel charged my card about a week earlier. Travelocity was no help. The guy at property said they had that option per the agreement but that’s not in the details. He was very rude and condescending. My only option was to pay or have my reservation canceled which sucked bc it was Ren Faire weekend and every place was sold out. I think this was the issue. It felt like the hotel wanted us to cancel so they could rebook at a higher price. During the stay we had issues with the AC and lighting. We called for assistance but none ever came. I really liked this hotel but will not stay here again despite its close proximity to the Ren Faire event.

The carpet in my room had not been cleaned in a very long time. Vacuumed maybe, but not cleaned. The mattress did not fit the bed frame. Too small. Made for interesting entry/exit. The front desk clerk was impossible to understand as it was obvious that English was her 2nd language. I could barely understand a word she said. I had to find my room on my own even though she tried explaining a few times where it was, but she really had no idea herself.

5 stars but i had an issue with a family being above me. As soon as i checked in there was a child running up and down the room upstairs. I stepped out to dinner and at 8 pm it continued. I left to a show ,when i came back past midnight it continued. I asked the front desk to ask them to call them long story short i continued past 2am. I was very tiree driving out to Palm Springs. I hope the hotel accomadates kids and families in the 1st floor for future reference

Waited about an hour to check in cause no - one was at the front desk , When finally checking in receptionist check us in into an occupied room , when back to the front desk we didn’t even get an apology just an “ oh my bad “ “I don’t have any other clean rooms “ . Had to wait another 25mins to get into our room , , Other then the bad customer service , having to walk into someone else’s room , Room it self was clean , probably won’t come back since customer service was so bad

The room we stayed in could use new carpet. Not only was it dirty and stained, the room smelled like someone had smoked in it before. The bathroom seemed clean, but overall the experience wasn’t the best. Did I mention that it is more like a motel than a hotel? The description or name of this place is misleading. They were one of the cheapest places in town, though. That was the only plus.
