They had a “do not rent” tag on my name for unknown reasons, and didn’t tell me until I got all the way out there, an $80 cab ride, for nothing. Then, despite my caceling three times online & once with customer service, it’s STILL listed under my trips, as though they’re still going to try to charge me the second I get money. They’ve turned me down before at other locations; I e spent nearly $600 with them FOR ROOMS I NEVER GOT, & they/expedia refused to return my money even though THEY TURNRDCME AEAY, then Expedia let turn stop charge me FULL PRICE. Baloney. Makes me not trust Expedia.

First room given to us had roaches waiting for us on top of the bed. They switched us rooms and this one came with stained sheets and pillows with the surprise of not having hot water all night. Staff was unable to provide useful information as to when we will get hot water. Front desk would not accommodate a discount. Very unhelpful and unapologetic

I like the easy check in and out. The room floors were dirty and there was no hair dryer in the room. I asked the lobby and they didn't have any either. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Will return if I'm in the area.
