I always have loved Sheraton Hotels. This one was very nice. The staff was nice and very helpful and professional. The location was perfect for our trip being close to Universal Studios. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

So disappointed with this stay. There is a party in the ballroom and our entire room is vibrating from the music. Also this impacted the elevators so it took us 10 minutes waiting to get an elevator. We ended up taking the stairs down from the 17th floor because there were no elevators available. The rail on the stairs broke and landed on my son’s foot and it really hurt. We let someone know and they just said thank you for letting us know. Spent money to upgrade our room and now none of us can sleep. Also the road bed is horrendous. There is no mattress it’s just a hard sofa that folds open. Honestly one of the worst stays I have ever had.

The property was close to Universal studios, which was our reason for staying there. We were on the terrace level, which was the bottom level. It was um....unique because it's where mostly where staff and all bedding and seem like equipment went. It was not a good look, it was old. I probably think the upper levels were much nicer. Although they did say the terrace was remodeled. We didn't see the view. Our view was ground level and in the back. The room was nice and clean.
