The outside was lovely, the reception area was a bit small for the amount of people that need to be helped and only one staff member to do so. The room was clean and looked modern, but a bit impractical if anyone was staying more than a couple of nights as there was little drawer space for clothing and the wardrobe was small. A large round table and one chair were totally in the way the whole time at the end of the bed. Room service was very efficient but despite ordering two meals we only got drinks and cutlery and napkin for one which was a bit impracticable. We were very grateful we were able to leave our luggage after checking out. However we were recommended by the bell service to order a taxi as it was supposedly going to be ” much cheaper “ to get to Ontario airport. It was not cheaper it was $70 more than an Uber or Lyft (having checked the prices). The Sheraton is part of the Marriott group and so the beds were amazingly comfortable as always!!

The best thing about this Hotel was the location. While the rooms appear to be updated, the hotel's age was obvious. Pictures show the dark residue (possible mold) on the outside of the shower, inside as well just not pictured. There was something that looked like a booger on one of the pillowcases but we couldn't decipher if it was that or food. Either way it was dirty. Every wall was dirty and if it wasn't dirt, there were lots of random holes that looked like someone just took a pen and poked through the dry wall. There wasn't one single mirror in the room, only the bathroom. There was dust everywhere we turned in the room. No extra pillow or blankets in the closet like typical hotels. Refrigerator was not cold. Check in process was a bit hectic. No signs or anything to denote lines so people were kind of just standing everywhere. We checked in late (after 9pm) and it was busy. Wouldn't stay here again unless it was free and only for 1 night.

Our stay at the Sheraton was beyond exceptional! The staff were attentive, courteous, and welcoming. Our room view overlooked toward Universal Studios which was amazing! The dining are offered great food! The staff in the dining area were beyond exceptional as well! We will definitely come back again!

Very comfortable room, didn’t get to use the pool but food options seemed nice and there were fire pits and such but we were tired from our travels. Only disappointment was no microwave in the room but a small one on main floor but not near a kitchen or sink so had to travel back to our room for water to make some easy Mac and noodles for a quick easy dinner.
