3:30 -- check-in time New Year's Eve -- there is a line of people with suitcases in the lobby waiting to check in. There is ONE clerk working the front desk. That was the start of a terrible stay. The decor is brutalism -- basically just concrete that's supposed to be "cool" but looks cheap and unfinished. The window shade in my room was broken. I couldn't lower it more than halfway. so the light kept me awake half the night and woke me up when I wanted to sleep in. The lighting in the bathroom was also supposed to be "cool" but it was so dark in there I couldn't even put on my makeup. The bathroom flooded while I was out. Came back to a completely wet bathroom floor. This IS NOT A CHEAP STAY -- the prices are exorbitant for what feels like a Motel 6. $150 "deposit" 30 of which they keep for "amenity fees". Over $60 per night for parking. $30 breakfast in their restaurant. This is on top of a $250 per night room. Stay elsewhere.

Nice and novel design of the room. Very industrial feeling. At the heart of KTown so very convenient. Staffs are friendly. However the room is just so small it’s hard to turn around.
