Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Also breakfast was excellent different menu everyday. However the gym had 3 broken equipment, washing machine broke and Jacuzzi pump.

Thete was no menu offered and food selections were poorly presented. You had to eat was was available and by far did not offer any standard items as expected. No kitchen nor a chef was available when other then scramble eggs with their own stuffing offered. Forget about it rating omelets and other eggs preparations.

Don’t stay here!!!!!!tbooked a room and prepaid with Expedia and when I we to check in Dec 28 2025. The two lady’s at the front desk kept telling me the room was being cleaned. Which I thought ok.came back 2 hrs later. Now 330 pm. And was told room still not available…I became very suspicious as there was. A group of about 20 people who arrived an hr after us and were all checked in. No issues…so I questioned the lady at the front desk and at this stage I was getting very frustrated!!!!!! She said they had NO room available……my husband at this stage demanded the manager …the lady said he’s not here. And we demanded a rooom and told her we were not leaving until, we get one…..upon 20 mins later she pretended to call the manager. And then all off a sudden thsi guy appeared and said. Oh there is a room av!!! So this is what they do. It’s called bait n switch. I had prepaid for the room. They the. Deny you a room hoping you’ll go away ……..I had paid for three nite. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!
