I requested a wake up call at 6 am, never received it. Also, the safe in the room I was not able to use it because apparently there was nobody in the maintenance that could come and fix it. You’re supposed to tell them to install the batteries so he can work. But nobody tells you this.

Everyone was very nice. Easy check-in, great service at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. My room was spacious and spotless. Staying the night before my flight eliminated any anxiety woth traffic. With the internet acces, I was also able to work in morning.

This hotel is very convenient to SJD. It’s clean. Pool was refreshing. No early check in. There was a loud motor noise most of the night which interrupted sleep.
